Randy Harvey is a graduate of Concord Law School and a member of the California State Bar. Attorney Harvey has concentrated his practice in the area(s) business, employment, administrative and school law. He is a member of the American Bar Association labor/employment section; the Sacramento Bar-labor/employment section; the California Association of School Attorneys; the North American Educational Negotiators Association, and the Sacramento Chamber of Commerce. He is also the 2004 Toastmasters International World Champion of Public Speaking. Prior to starting the practice, he worked for 13 years as the Director of Human Resources for two large school districts. Randy is married to his college sweatheart of 35 years, the former Shelly Worthey. They have 3 children, Jessica, Brianna, and Kiel and four grandchildren.
